Artist Katie Brent is renowned for her beautiful bontanical gold leaf paintings.

Join Katie for a calming, hands-on botanical art workshop where you’ll be gently guided through layered acrylic techniques and expressive mark-making inspired by the natural world. In these relaxing yet informative sessions, you’ll explore how to build depth, texture, and movement to create your own botanical landscapes, working onto prepared gold leaf panels.

Learning interesting processes along the way while enjoying a mindful, creative reset. No pressure, just curiosity, colour, and connection to nature.

You’ll stay in a private house on the estate, with elegant en-suite rooms, swimming pool access, countryside walks, and fully catered meals throughout your stay.

We will be in a private studio housed within a beautifully restored historic barn, guided by Katie Brent — an intuitive artist known for her expressive, nature-led approach.

This retreat is about more than painting — it’s about slowing down, reconnecting and creating. Plus having fun!
